Terms for using RockCare.

Effective date: June 24, 2026. These Terms apply to the RockCare website, waitlist, contact forms, and early-access communications operated by the applicable SozoRock Tech Inc. entity.

Early-access service

RockCare is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account, guarantee access, reserve service capacity, or create a provider relationship. We may invite some users before others as we test operations and availability.

Legal entities

RockCare is operated in the United States by SozoRock Tech Inc. (United States) and in Canada by SozoRock Tech Inc. (Canada), where applicable. Each entity is legally separate and is responsible only for the services, users, payments, taxes, obligations, and liabilities arising from its own operations. The SozoRock name and related marks are owned by SozoRock Tech Inc. (United States) and may be used by affiliated SozoRock entities under license or permission. Use of the same brand name does not make the U.S. and Canadian entities the same legal entity. Nigeria-based coordination, provider-network support, or local operational support may be provided by a separately registered Nigerian SozoRock entity or approved local partners, where applicable. Those entities or partners are responsible only for the services they directly provide.

Care coordination only

RockCare provides care coordination only. RockCare is not a clinic, pharmacy, insurer, HMO, remittance service, wallet, money transmitter, bank, or medical provider. RockCare does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical advice, emergency care, or clinical decision-making through this website.

No emergency service

This website and waitlist are not for emergencies or urgent medical needs. If someone needs urgent care, contact local emergency services, a licensed medical professional, or the nearest appropriate health facility.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid submitting false, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized information. You should not submit information about another person unless you have a lawful and respectful reason to do so.

Care coordination and providers

RockCare is being developed to support care coordination and visibility across distance. Provider availability, pricing, documentation, timelines, geographic coverage, and operational workflows may change during early access.

Payments and records

The current website is a waitlist and product information page. Any future payment, care record, provider, or verification features will be subject to additional terms, operational policies, consent flows, and compliance review.

Third-party services

RockCare may rely on third-party infrastructure, communication tools, payment providers, hosting services, analytics services, and care-related partners. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The RockCare name, logo, website copy, design, and related materials belong to SozoRock Tech Inc. (United States), affiliated SozoRock entities, or their licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them in a misleading way without permission.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause, discontinue, or limit parts of the website or early-access program at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product develops.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during early access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, provider availability, or that every waitlist request will receive a response.

Governing law

The governing law, venue, taxes, duties, and customer obligations may depend on the SozoRock entity, user location, service corridor, and operation involved, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
